“A La Carte” Session

Best for: Families who've already taken one of our classes or who are generally confident in their parenting style and understand their children’s motivations; Issue-based coaching around a single, specific challenge you’re having with your child/children (i.e. biting, hitting, screaming in the car, eating challenges etc.).

Includes:

  • One hour-long strategy session

  • Access to our private Positive Parenting Seattle Facebook page with articles, tips and discussion with other parents involved in our classes/coaching

Pricing: $100/hour

 

confident parenting Package

Best for:  Families finding themselves in frequent power struggles or in a place of overwhelm, frustration or anger with their kids multiple times throughout the day; parents looking to build agreement on their parenting approach; care-givers who frequently wonder, “Why does my child do that?”

Includes:

  • Three 90 minute sessions + Personalized Action Plan and Resources + Unlimited Text/email support

  • Initial 90 minute session includes a discussion of your current family challenges, a review of the foundational elements of Positive Discipline and a discussion of typical brain and social emotional child development.

  • Your family’s action plan will include goals, tools and strategies, and specific language to introduce in your home; this will be updated with new things to try after every session.

  • Unlimited text and email support for up to 2 months, including “urgent response” strategies as well as personalized articles, podcasts etc. for your continued learning.

  • Access to our private Positive Parenting Seattle Facebook page.
