How Coaching Works

We are so honored that you’re interested in working with us. Here’s what you can expect:


Step 1 - Getting to know each other

Our first step is to make sure that we’re a good fit for one another, so we ask that parents and caregivers fill out our in-take form. After reviewing, I will set up a free 20-30 minute exploratory call (or Duo, FaceTime or Skype call) to talk about your goals and needs. Step 2 - Coaching begins

Select the coaching package that works best for you and your family.

Coaching sessions are done either in person (if you live/work close to me in the Ballard area of Seattle) or via Skype/Facetime/Duo. We pick a time when all co-parents/care-givers are available and your child/children are at school/daycare or in bed, so that we're all able to be fully present to the conversation.


Step 3 - Follow up resources & ongoing support

After each call or meeting, I send a follow up email with detailed notes, as well as “homework,” scripts for words to try when you’re at home, as well as links to articles, podcasts or other helpful resources. I’m also available between sessions, for additional text and email support.
